Standard UK delivery  – £4.95 (3-5 working day delivery.UK mainland only)

Express UK delivery – £10.50 Next day delivery Monday to Friday on all orders placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day for delivery the next working day. (UK mainland only)

UK Highlands & Islands – £20

Northern Ireland – £16.75

Europe – £20

USA and Canada – £50

Australia and New Zealand – £50

ROW – £50

Please note that some items may have a higher delivery charge due to weight/size and if this is the case with your order we will get in touch to let you know what the additional cost will be. All items can be shipped overseas but larger or heavier items will be charged on a cost basis.Please email info@staidanshomewarestore.co.uk for a quote.

St Aidan’s Homeware Store can not take responsibility for any additional taxes or import duties that may be applied to a parcel on entering another country.

 

RETURNS

Of course we want you to be delighted with your purchase so you can spread the word to family and friends about our little company but we understand that sometimes you might wish to return some items.

If so just email us at info@staidanshomewarestore.co.uk and return the item to us by post within 7 working days to the address below. All goods must be unused and in perfect re-sellable condition returned at your own cost. Please wrap the items securely and use insured, registered delivery, keeping the receipt. St Aidan’s Homeware Store cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be given on items safely returned in original packaging and a re-saleable condition. Please include order number in returned package.

Although we make evey effort to securely package our items in the unlikely event that your goods arrived damaged or broken please contact us by email or phone within 48 hours for a refund or replacment. Please note we may sometimes ask for a photograph or the item to be returned to verify damage.
